Toilet
The toilet is a very necessary element of the bathroom, but can look quite out of place if the rest of the room is neatly fitted with furniture. Choosing a back-to-wall toilet with a toilet unit behind is the ideal solution. The unit houses the toilet cistern and therefore hides away the pipes and the toilet sits neatly up against the unit.
Depending on the design, the flush mechanism could be operated by a lever or push-button on the front of the unit, or alternatively a push-button on the top. It is important to maintain some kind of easy access to the cistern however, by means of a panel that can be removed, just in case there is a leak.
Back-to-wall toilets are available from lots of manufacturers, but here you can see Heritage Bathrooms’ Rhyland back-to-wall toilet in a simple yet effective combination with furniture.
